The Cuplock Scaffolding Ledger, also known as a horizontal, is a key component of the Cuplock scaffolding system, used to provide horizontal support and stability. These ledgers connect between the vertical standards (posts) and are locked in place using the Cuplock system's unique locking mechanism. The mechanism consists of a series of top and bottom cups: the bottom cups are fixed, while the top cups are movable and lock the ledgers securely into place with a simple rotation. Cuplock Ledger is the horizontal component used in the cuplock scaffold system. It comes in any size as requested by the customer. Some of the standard sizes are 0.9, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2, 2.5 Meter. The base pipe used for the fabrication has an OD of 48.3 mm. The pipe used is of thickness 2.9 mm or 3.2 mm, as per the customer's requirement.
