The Cuplock scaffolding system is a popular type of modular scaffolding that employs a unique locking mechanism to secure vertical and horizontal components together. This system is distinguished by its 'cuplock' nodes, which consist of top and bottom cups that lock scaffolding standards (vertical components) in place, allowing for quick, efficient, and robust construction. The bottom cups are welded to the standards at pre-determined intervals, and the top cups, which can rotate, lock the ledgers (horizontal components) securely into place with a simple hammer blow. Cuplock Vertical Ledger is the horizontal component used in the cuplock scaffold system. It comes in any size as requested by the customer. Some of the standard sizes are 0.9, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.8, 2, 2.5 Meter. The base pipe used for the fabrication has an OD of 48.3 mm. The pipe used is of thickness 2.9 mm or 3.2 mm, as per the customer's requirement.
